Kapiti Women's Triathlon Bike Skills Session 1

Don't forget KWT Bike Skills training tonight at 6pm Waterfront Bar Car Park - here is what we will be covering :

Kapiti Cycling Club's coaches will run a practical and fun training session to help you start your bike training with:

1. Starting, stopping, slowing, turning
2. One-handed skills - for signalling, drinking from bottles, etc.
3. Road riding safety - what you can do to keep yourself (and others) safe on the road
All levels welcome, there is always something you can learn!
Depending on numbers we will split into groups based on experience.
Bring your bike, shoes, helmets and a jacket. Meet at the Waterfront carpark at 6pm. $5 per participant.

YY Dumplings Ltd is recalling a specific batch of its Spicy Pork Ears and Sour and Spicy Chicken Feet due to the presence of undeclared allergens (gluten and sesame), and Braised Pig Trotters and Braised Pig Head Meat due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (gluten). These products may be labelled under the YY Dumplings brand, the Fu Yuan brand, or both YY Dumplings brand and Fu Yuan brand. People with a gluten or sesame allergy or intolerance should not consume these products. If you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice. If you are not allergic or intolerant to gluten or sesame, this recall does not affect you.
