Can you identify these dogs or this man?

Nicole Mathewson Reporter from Northern Outlook

Cherie Ross says her family is traumatised after witnessing the death of their 14-year-old cat, Terra, earlier this month at their property in Rangiora.

Terra and the family's second cat, Archer, were in the garden when a man with two dogs walked by. Both dogs ran on to the property, which is fenced but does not have a gate, and attacked Terra.

Waimakariri District Council regulation manager Nick Harrison says the man walking the dogs was wearing a hooded top and was unidentifiable from the security camera footage.

He appealed for anyone with information about the attack to call the council on 0800 965 468.
