Intersection right of way has changed
Changes to the right of way at the intersection of Napier Road, Arrowsmith Avenue and Kiddle Drive are now live. The changes give traffic travelling on Kiddle Drive and Arrowsmith Avenue the right of way, with vehicles on Napier Road now required to stop.
Please take extra care and reduce your speed when approaching this intersection. Large digital screens advising drivers of the change on each approach to the intersection are in place, along with new fixed signs with ‘new road layout’ on the approaches. In addition, signage displaying a reduced speed limit of 30km/h approaching the intersection will stay in place for the next few weeks to help everybody get used to new layout.

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
