I want to rent a garage or basement area from end of October until at least May (maybe longer). Must be waterproof and lockable and on or near a main road, and be easily accessible. I can pay $50.00 a week for a single space, or $75.00 a week for a double. I can pay by bank auto payment or cash and will require a written agreement. If you rent, I will require written permission from your landlord. I am a responsible person and can supply references.
