We have relocated!
The opportunity to work from newly revamped premises has led to Bayleys Mount Albert staff relocating to the Bayleys Sandringham office just three kilometres away.
With the lease at the Mount Albert office coming to an end, and the premises requiring substantial upgrade works to improve the façade, reception and workspace to an acceptable Bayleys’ standard, the decision was made to instead invest in upgrading amenities and capacity at the nearby Sandringham office.
There will be no disruption to any clients of Bayleys Mount Albert, with salespeople taking their contact phone numbers and databases with them, and continuing to service both the area and the needs of vendors. Bayleys Sandringham will continue to enthusiastically be involved with all of Bayleys Mount Albert’s existing community sponsorship relationships and events.
Bayleys Sandringham and Mount Albert manager Daniel Schellack said the move into brighter and more modern premises would add a new vigour to the sales team.
“The distance between the two offices is literally a 30 minute walk or seven minute’s commute, so our customers will hardly notice the difference,” Daniel Schellack said.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
