Celebrate Matariki at National Library in our Starlab Planetarium! Play amongst the stars this Matariki in our Starlab Planetarium and weave your own Matariki constellation! Matariki signifies the beginning of a new year, new beginnings and a time for new ideas.
Lots of activities to try
Hear stories about the stars and learn how to weave your very own whetū harakeke.
Make a poi, have you face painted or design a kete using recycled coffee bags.
