Rolleston town centre design includes slow traffic road and 4000 plants
Designs for a new $40 million Rolleston town centre have been released showing a pedestrian-friendly environment, fountains, lighting and seats, and 4000 plants and 185 trees.
The plans follow more than a decade of planning for a new centre for the fast-growing town, which has an estimated population of more than 18,000.
