Preferably non smokers pets negotiable. Can be furnished if need be. included unlimited WiFi very fast, cooking utensils pots pans plates washing machine a dryer EXT..... buy own food, plenty of fridge freezer space, garden if you want to grow anything. big yard, pool in summer, and very nice bbq area.
