Kate Thompson from KiwiRail

Kia ora neighbours

KiwiRail freight trains are returning to your local Napier to Wairoa railway line after six years away. We're excited to be back! Our ‘work trains’ are already using the line to get it ready for opening.  Please keep yourself, your whānau and others safe around the railway tracks by following the attached safety tips. Expect trains! They can appear at any time from either direction.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
