Kids Mindfulness and Yoga starts Tuesday 4pm / 5 wks / 3 spaces left

Stella from Bellevue

At the Treehouse Retreat Bellevue Area.

Kids are naturally joyful and have and easy to do attitude. They are open and receptive towards ideas of mindfulness and Yoga.
This 5 week course aims to reassure those who find the return to school routine tricky. We also explore what joy and emotional wellbeing means and what it does within our body. We explore what to do when we feel threathened, anxious and fearful.

Breathwork is playful and Yoga movements can help to understand what our breath can do for us in moments of tension.

I share my passion for intuitive healing through sound, send, movement and joyfulness.
