Think you're ready to hold an #OpenHome?
There are a few things you can do to make sure your open home goes on without a hitch...
๐ Try to be out of the home when buyers inspect as they will feel more comfortable.
๐ Make sure the home is a comfortable temperature.
๐ Open curtains to allow as much light as possible.
๐ Brew some coffee before each open home (freshly ground is the best) โ the aroma creates pleasant associations for the buyer.
๐ Ensure we know what makes your house a home โ explain why it has that special โfeelโ for you, point out its highlights. This will also help the photographer.
