Wanted to Buy - A House!
Hey guys, we’re on the hunt for a new house. Preferably Taradale area (Birdwood Street / Kent Terrace parts of Taradale or Knightsbridge or Oaklands areas).
Two of the main features on our wish list is that it has four bedrooms and two lounges. We have a confirmed cash buyer for our place and we also have pre-approval from our bank - so effectively we’re cash buyers.
If you’re thinking of selling or know anyone who might be (and doesn’t want to pay agent’s commission (!))- please keep us in mind.
