Flat or townhouse wanted to rent
Hi all, I'm looking for a rental in central city or inner suburbs, with 2 bedrooms, garage, prefer a heat pump but will consider without, and private & quiet. I'm looking at around $300pw, but will stretch a bit further for the right property - I'm looking at mid-longer term 2-3 years but will consider anything above 6-12 months. I'm professional, reliable, tidy, relatively quiet, don't do parties, and can provide excellent references from 2 rental agencies on request. I need to be out of my current rental by November 25, so if you or someone you know has a rental fitting the description I'm keen to hear from you. Regards, Chris.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
