Urgent power outage this Sunday in Avondale/Blockhouse Bay area

We wanted to let you know that there will be an urgent outage for your property on Sunday 8 July from 2pm - 4pm for us to safely repair a cable fault.

Streets affected include parts of Blockhouse Bay Road, Cleland Crescent, Matata Street, Puketea Street, Terry Street, Waianiwa Place, Kendrick Place, Geneva Place, Maclaurin Street and Covic Avenue.

If your property is affected you will also be sent an email or text message, so please keep an eye out for this.

If you use medical equipment that relies on electricity you should let your retailer know and ensure you are prepared for power disruption. If there is an immediate health threat, please contact your health provider or call 111.

We apologise for any inconvenience this work may cause and thank you for your patience and co-operation while we get the job done.
