Hello, my name is Maxine Turner, I am the Custom Care Nursing Regional Service Coordinator.
As a Registered Nurse I bring our beautiful region my expertise and experience in Maori Health, Aged Care Services, Intellectual Disability Services, Rehabilitation planning and support, Maternity Services to name a few.
My role is to ensure you have the best support and care possible, I have a great team of experienced Support Workers whom I coordinate myself to ensure you are receiving not only excellent service but delivered by someone who suits your lifestyle. From short term assistance back to independence after an injury to long term maximising your independence, I can assist.
