Water meters
Any neighbours received letters like the one attached? Rental agencies are informing tenants that they'll have to pay for their own water use, when Waipa District Council's new water meters come online from July 1, 2018. Currently, water is paid by property owners, not tenants, through rates. Do you think it's fair on tenants to pick up this extra cost? Lime stones
