Up to an 18 month rental, Fern cottage, Kahurangi Drive, Rangatira Park, $240 per week available early May

Proud Property 7 Taupo Limited

The prefect cottage amongst native bush available for rental from 6 to 18 months. Fully self contained and furnished with all kitchen amenities, a washing machine and full deck with sunny outdoor living, heat pump and a bonus in summer all windows have insect screens. Just bring your linen.
This cottage would suit a couple or a business person here on contract. We are looking for a person who is a cat lover, more details will be discussed.
In a very quiet residential neighbourhood the home and cottage is on a big section with many trees are surrounding the property, it feels like you are in native bush listening to the birds singing. Even though you are next to a home (which will also be rented for the next 6 months) you have your own private driveway and outside space, a full size deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue, the ambiance is truly great. The bonus is you are within walking distance of town 1km or a 7 minute walk into Taupo central. Weekends you will be close to mountain bike trails and Huka Falls for the walkers.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
