Hi neighbours - Auckland Council is moving to sell Takapuna's Anzac St car park, to the alarm of businesses, and despite opposition from the local board and community. According to its 10-year plan, the council is moving to sell-off "non-strategic assets" like car parks. Is this non-strategic?
