Cathedral levy
Hello fellow neighbours, I am in total disagreement with the proposed Levy on our Christchurch City Council Rates fot the rebuild of the Cathedral. No one has asked me if I would like to contribute. I do not!
Why Councillers do we not have the opportunity to voice our opinion, afterall it is OUR money you are spending.
