Kids yoga class
It’s that time of year again, kids back at school with daily routines falling into place once again.
Our next kids yoga class will start on Wednesday the 8th of February, at the Wellness Movement Studios, Nelson.
Theses yoga classes are a great opportunity to build strength and flexibility, allowing the students to become more in tune with how their bodies are feeling and being able to use these yoga classes to find and maintain more balance and stability on all levels.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
