Room to rent in sunny 2yr old 4 bedroom home, landscaped gardena s sunny covered patio.
Looking for a mature clean working flatmate who pays their bills on time and supplies their own food to rent a north facing queen bedroom with drawers and double wardrobe. This has ranchslider to large covered patio. The bathroom consists of bath/ shower & vanity with seperate toilet.
The open plan consists of kitchen/ diningand lounge area. A seperate lounge is off this area. There is off street parking for 1 car. We are very handy to Burwood Hospital and the newly being built Shirley Boys and Avonside Girls schools and pools.The NW Prestons opens 1st February. The room rent is $160 per week.
