Need something to rent for retired lady
Hi. I am wanting to move closer to Thames (currently in Mangatarata, (too far from friends etc.)
I am in my 60's and retired (do voluntary work.)
Does anyone have either of the three: a small plot of land on acre-age in or near Thames?
Or, a used caravan (any condition or size) for sale or rent?
I am able to make the caravan totally self-sufficient, with solar panel, water tank and a chemical toilet. I would not need to use anyones utilities. I can take my laundry once a week to town to laundromat and I can shower in a hotel in town 2-3 times a week.
So, you'd only see me off in the distance! ;-)
Or do you have a small granny-flat or similar you might be willing to rent? I am tired of paying all my pension into rent and utilities and would like to live the rest of my life in something cheaper.
I have good refs, non-drinker, non-drugger, non smoker and no pets.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
