Christmas at the Beach - Blockhouse Bay Beach Reserve

Sarah from Blockhouse Bay

Question of the day about Christmas at the Beach- Blockhouse Bay Beach Reserve, on Sunday at 5pm!

So what about parking?
Well there are several options:

Firstly park on a side street here or in central Blockhouse Bay (except for official vehicles) and walk down to the beach.

Or park in the church car parks at Iona, (Donovan st), Church of the Saviour, (Kinross St) or BHB Countdown (back section of the carpark available for limited parking) and catch a shuttle down.

Of course you can always park elsewhere in BHB and walk t the shuttle point!

Two shuttles will be operating from each shuttle point, so you may have a short wait.

Shuttles run between 5-6pm and then 7-9pm (ish! we will do our best to get everyone back to the shuttle points!)

For parents: BYO car seats, or a couple of our volunteer drivers will have limited car seats available, but we can't guarantee having exactly the right size for everyone.
