Have you ever heard of a seven-year-old writing a book?
When Brooke Healey said she was going to write a book her mum just thought it was one of those things kids sometimes say 'in passing'. But a couple of months later she had written a book which has now been published!
The book can be purchased at the local Paparoa Store, and there are plans to sell it at local markets. Congratulations Brooke!
Lest we forget...
On this ANZAC Day, let's take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
Tell us who are you honouring today. Whether it's a story from the battlefield or a memory of a family member who fought in the war, we'd love you to share your stories below.
