The Fizzy Kitchen workshop is coming up again on Saturday Oct 21st. If you missed it last time, now is your chance to learn about these amazing foods and to start getting your immunity up before Xmas. We cover sauerkraut, kombucha, milk and water kefirs, other fermented vegetables and other probiotic foods that you can taste in the class. You will be amazed at the things you can culture.
