Seeded Aquarium Media??
Hi Burwood neighbours.
My daughter wants a Betta Splenden for her birthday (22nd). We have 38L tank and filter and heater and stuff but to jump start the cycling of the tank I was wondering if there is anyone who would be generous enough to "squeeze out" their filter sponge for us.
We have been trying to cycle the tank for a week now using Seachem Stability and fish flakes (was recommended by Redwood) with still no ammonia, nitrites and nitrates although the water now has a slight "wee" smell. If anyone could help out I (and the kid) would be most grateful.
