We are a professional couple Who work from home and are looking for someone who would enjoy some occasional personal contact where they live (for example, sharing a cuppa or glass of wine) as the Kitchen is shared space with us. However, this is self-catering accommodation fridge space & a cupboard for food & utensils is supplied. Access to a sky dish can be made ava on request (you will be responsible for your sky account)
This is a Fixed Term Tenancy opportunity: 3 months' minimum period.

If you are a couple, an extra rent of $25 per week will apply .
