UPDATED: Travel disruption in Te Kowhai on Tuesday 27 June
UPDATE: This work is delayed until approx 11am this morning. Stop/Go signs will be an hour or two away. Please take care when travelling through the village on Horotiu Road especially in this fog!
Traffic management will be in place on Horotiu Road (South end, towards Limmer Road) the morning of Tuesday 27th of June due to a couple of trees being felled.
The trees will be making way for a footpath extension on the south side of Te Kowhai Village - close to the large, green, rectangular 50 / 100km signs at the entrance / exit of the village on Horotiu Road.
The timing will coincide with school, kindy and commuter traffic so please plan ahead and give yourself an extra few minutes to get to your destination on the day.
