I just found out that there was a civil defence meeting in the Parua Bay Community Hall on Sunday 20/2/17
Why wasn't this event advertised either on Neighbourly or by putting signs on the road?
I definitely would have attended if I had known about it.
I was told that only 12 members of the public attended. I wonder why?
