Taoist Tai Chi classes for new beginners starting in Wellsford and Warkworth from 7th February. Improve your health and wellbeing with this ancient form of gentle exercise anyone can do. Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
