Founder, Nina Rogocki, is dedicated to bringing you you a calming and gentle flow, based around Hatha Yoga and elements of Yoga therapy. Perfect for beginners, those carrying injury or returning to Yoga.
Over summer you can find classes at Mondays in Kingsland every Thursday evening at 6.15pm, classes are 12$ and bookings can be made by contacting Nina direct.
From November end classes will be held at Cox bay reserve for Sun Rise Yoga and a sunset class will also be happening at this time, expressions of interest here are being taken currently. Classes will be 10$ and mats can be provided for you.
The Soul Laundry will also come to you, I can come to your home and office and am running a special this summer for office yoga - Meditation and yoga perfect for those desk workers! Why not book a session with me classes are just 50$ for the hour and can take up to 10 people - that's just 5$ per person if you have 10 co-workers!
