Pilates
Hi, my name is Ree George and I have a boutique Pilates/Manual Therapy Studio at 304 St Heliers Bay Road.
I have 18 years experience teaching Pilates, and am a trained Physiotherapist.
I teach one:one private Pilates , semi-privates, and group mat classes. I also have Reformer, treatment table, barrel, and lots of small apparatus that we can use in our sessions.
Until this week I was also teaching at True down in Okahu Bay, but since the venue closed I have now moved these group fitness classes back to my Studio at 304.
Classes run throughout the day/evening, and private sessions are booked separately - see Ezybook link below for class times. I teach maximum 6 people in any one mat class.
Classes are $20 casual, or $180 for a concession of 10x classes, private one:one sessions start at $85/hr.
