With more than 20 successful years in the sale of real estate, both as Managing Director & major shareholder in a premium real estate company, I have always looked for ways of making a difference for my clients. Over the years I have come to recognise that there is desperate need for a new & different style agency, one that is all about the client & one that gives a personal and individual approach to each property. I have an enviable client list & database but I believe is not about the value of the home but about how value can be added to each sale to maximise the result.
Real estate marketing shouldn’t be about the company brand, or the agent, it should be all about the client & the home they have invested in both emotionally & financially. My role is to add value to their property in any way possible during the sales process.
