Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is a traditional yoga practice
suitable for all ages and abilities. Each class involves specific postures,
sound (mantra), breath and meditation that collectively bring the
mind, body, nervous and glandular systems into balance. This powerful
technology boosts immunity while improving strength, flexibility and the
mental focus required for navigating life with greater ease and grace.

Suzi Jowsey has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for 25 years and gained her KRI Level 1 teacher training certificate with her original UK teacher Guru Dharam Singh, a long time students of Yogi Bhajan. Her classes offer a warm, safe, lighthearted experience that result in a tangible sense of elevated awareness and deeper connection to the mind, body and soul.
