Healing Nutrition came about because I wanted to help people with their health journey by educating, inspiring and supporting them in making good food and lifestyle choices. I am a registered nutritionist based in Havelock North. I'm passionate about healthy food and helping people regain their health and energy.
To uncover the underlying route cause of a health condition it is important to consider one's health history, emotional state, lifestyle and dietary choices. This information will be used to develop a treatment plan specific to each of my client's needs. My special interests include:
