My goal as a personal trainer is to make health and fitness easy and accessible for everyone. I offer a free orientation for any new clients, in-person 60-minute and 30-minute sessions at Porirua, Newlands, and Thorndon Cityfitness. On top of that, I make fitness accessible to everyone by offering online personal training that limits our face-to-face interaction but provides you with the same services. If you travel frequently, I can also provide Google Meet in-person sessions and can tailor plans for hotel workouts.
