Wakefield Goju-ryu Karate aims to teach & study Traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate-Do with the goals of Personal development, Self-defence & Physical well being. Sport karate is neither taught or practised your only competition will be with yourself. We focus on the traditional and kihon (basic) elements similar to that taught at the Jundokan So Honbu Dojo in Naha, Okinawa. Wakefield Goju-ryu Karate is a member of Jundokan New Zealand, which is an official branch of dojo of Jundokan, Okinawa, Japan. Tuesday 7pm-9pm Dojo fees, note: Instruction is free. You are paying for the opportunity to train. $20 per month per Family $20 per month per individual
