Formed in 2015, The Therapy Box is a charity that supports Diversional Therapists and people residing in aged care facilities in New Zealand.
Our mission is:
• To enhance the lives of elderly people in residential and day care facilities within New Zealand
• To promote the highest standard of Diversional Therapy practise
• To promote the common interests of Diversional Therapists and related professionals
• To promote the health and wellbeing of elderly people requiring care
• To provide educational opportunities to Diversional Therapists and related professionals in New Zealand
The Therapy Box is run by a small group of volunteers based in Auckland. This year we are launching an aged care activity library.
