The Spreydon-Heathcote Community Board represents around 54,000 people and 21,500 households.
The Board area covers the southern side of the city from Hillsborough in the east to Hillmorton in the west. The community includes the city fringe suburbs of Addington and Waltham, as well as Sydenham, Beckenham, Spreydon, St. Martins, Cashmere, Huntsbury, Somerfieldand and Hoon Hay.
