The School of Philosophy has been in existence in Auckland since 1960. People come together to discuss philosophy in courses run by the school at our premises at 268 West Tamaki Road, Glendowie and 27 Esplanade Road, Mt Eden, in a group situation. Philosophy as practiced at the school is designed to be practical, to take into ones life, experience greater self awareness and confidence, greater efficiency and capacity to engage in life's activities, greater happiness and ease, and less worry.
