RSA New Zealand

Community Organisation

In 1916 our returning ANZACs established RSA to help Gallipoli veterans and their families suffering from the effects of service.

Over 100 years later, our mission is the same: We look after those who serve and sacrifice for New Zealand.

Today, our work is more vital than ever.

Our values define us. Ours are: Courage, Compassion, Commitment and Comradeship.

  • Courage: RSA lives by the qualities required by men and woman to serve, and the sacrifices they and families make.
  • Compassion: RSA is a volunteer-led charity, assisting all affected as a result of service, and their families.
  • Comradeship: RSA connects those who have served, those who are serving now, and the New Zealand community.
  • Commitment: We advocate for and represent all men and woman undertaking military service for our society, and their wellbeing and interests.
