Pupuke Rotaract is a North Shore based group of enthusiastic young professionals who want to make a difference in the world. As part of Rotary International we run projects to serve our community locally, nationally and internationally. We put an emphasis on professional development and bridging cultural boundaries across the world. Rotaract caters to 18 to 30 year olds, however if you fall outside this bracket flick us and email and we can help put you in contact with your friendly local Rotary club. Pupuke Rotaract meets every second Monday. Our usual meeting place is the Backyard in Northcote, where we will provide nibbles, a guest speaker and updates on club activities. Alternatively we will meet for vocational visits at workspaces around Auckland. Keep you eyes pealed for upcoming service events and social activities. To find out when our next meeting is email our secretary: secretary@pupukerotaract.org.nz and they will let you know how to find us. Over the last year we have run our annual Swimarathon for the End Polio campaign, assisted with the restoration of the Takapuna War Memorial Gates, hosted the Great Debate for Young Voters, and contributed to Rotary's global assistance programs, including disaster relief in Vanuatu and sustainable farming initiatives in Mwika, Tanzania. Join us and become a part of this amazing world changing team. W: www.PupukeRotaract.org.nz F: www.facebook.com/RotaractPupuke E: secretary@pupukerotaract.org.nz
