Open Dhamma Inc. promotes the teachings of Buddhism (Dhamma) within the Canterbury area. We aim to promote a spiritual and ethical lifestyle among our members, and by extension the greater society. We provide regular classes expounding on the teaching principles of Buddhism, and practice sessions where these principles are put into action. We provide ongoing support to practitioners who have decided to advance their commitment to Buddhism.
