Hi, I am developing services for long term health condition awareness, information management and education programmes in West, North, Central, South and East Auckland Community. These are health education programs for free to attend by affected people and their families to learn, be aware, take control and help manage their existing health condition. Can I please have access to all these localities and suburbs to out reach communities and make them aware of our multi language, ethnic and general health education programmes in their localities, close by venues and timings to access. I am also running community well being event and expos for create awareness in holistic health among out diverse and multi ethnic communities. Many thanks in anticipation.
