The Mt Wellington Licensing Trust owns and manages the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre, the Landmark/RSA, Corner Bar through its operating arm Mt Wellington Trust Hotels Ltd. It also leases the Waipuna Conference Suites Highbrook.
It also provides majority Board representation for Mt Wellington Foundation Ltd, a gaming charity, and the Mt Wellington Charitable Trust, a community charity.
