LIFEfriends is a pilot 'not for profit' community project that encourages people within our community to visit someone locally in aged care, for 5 - 15 minutes once a week, that wouldn't normally get a visitor. The result is life-changing... and it doesn't take much to make a difference - it just takes a little time.
