Franklin Cat Rescue are a team of volunteers dedicated to giving stray, abandoned and community cats & kittens a chance for a new life. We de-sex, vaccinate, microchip, foster & love them like our own until such times as we can rehome them. With community cats we use the TNR (trap, neuter, release) system which is recognised worldwide as the most humane and effective alternative to euthanasia for managing community cat populations. We are an incorporated non-profit group, registered charity and members of the Community Cat Coalition & New Zealand Companion Animal Council. Incorporated Society: 2586004 NZ Charity: CC49635
