Bulwagan Foundation’s aim is to build a Filipino Community Centre offering multi-use facilities with a focus to provide programs that will enable and enhance the personal growth for the community and individuals. Bulwagan is to provide a feel at home centre for the young and older generation while being involved in programs being facilitated within the Community Centre. Bulwagan Foundation Trust and partners, volunteer groups, community organisations, business networks and fundraising events, programs of performing arts, language, cultural dance recreational sports and faith , form a strong foundation that is needed to achieve targets and goals set to build a strong community.
