Ananda Marga meaning " the path of bliss" is a socio-spiritual international organization orgin from India. We provide free services to the needy people for their development and progress in physical, mental and spiritual spheres of life. The aim of the organization is to free or liberate oneself from different narrow sentiments and emotional tensions through meditation and service to the humanity through relief and social welfare activities for example schools, orphanage, medical units etc. for the poors. This organization has branches more than 200 countries in the world. The propounder Shri P. R. Sarkar is a social reformer and spiritual master. The organization was started in 1955 in West Bengal, India. We teach yoga and Meditation to all free without discrimination of creed, caste, color, religion, gender and nationality. We do not preach religion and do not encourage any narrow sentiments. Meditation is a science and a technic to control over our emotions and guide our thoughts internally to know ourselves within, which is common for all and universal.
