The Nest is a warm, quiet space where women can come and be gently nurtured back to stillness through relaxation massage by a qualified massage therapist. It offers affordable massage treatments so the benefits of regular massage (if required) can be experienced by women in all stages of life. My intention is to provide somewhere to retreat to when muscles are sore and minds are in need of a-little peace.
Treatments currently available
Relaxation Massage
50 minute relaxation massage with a focus on either upper or lower body. Please allow a full hour for this appointment. Cost $50
Full Body Relaxation Massage
1 hour full body relaxation massage. Please allow 1 hour and 10 mins for this appointment. Cost $60
Deep Tissue Massage
Relaxation massage including one focus area requiring deep tissue massage techniques. Please allow 1 hour and 10 mins for this appointment. Cost $60
